🍚 How to Cook Buddha Ratana Sonachur Rice
Ingredients:

1 cup Buddha Ratana Sonachur Rice

1½–2 cups water

Salt, to taste

1 tsp ghee, optional
Method:

Rinse the Rice
Wash the rice gently 2–3 times with clean water. -
Soak
Soak for approximately 20–30 minutes and drain thoroughly. -
Cook
Add the rice and 1½–2 cups fresh water to a saucepan. Add salt and ghee if desired. -
Simmer
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and cook for approximately 12–15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. -
Rest & Fluff
Turn off the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes. Gently fluff with a fork before serving.
