⚡Dispatch Times
We dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) on the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are packed and dispatched same day.
- Business days: Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays).
- During sale events or peak seasons, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. We will notify you by email/SMS.
- Bulk or institutional orders (above 20kg) may require 2–3 business days to arrange before dispatch.

Timelines are estimates after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary by courier and location. Holidays and unforeseen events may cause minor delays.
🔍Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS with your courier tracking number.
- An email with a direct tracking link to the courier's website.
- You can also track directly on our Track My Order page using your Order ID.

📦How We Pack Your Order
We take packaging seriously. Heritage grains deserve to travel well.
- Vacuum-sealed inner packs — each product is sealed at source to lock in freshness and aroma.
- Corrugated outer box — all orders are packed in sturdy double-layer corrugated cardboard.
- Void fill — crumpled recycled paper or bubble wrap prevents movement inside the box.
- Tamper-evident seal — outer box is taped with branded security tape. If the tape is broken on arrival, photograph it and contact us immediately.
- No plastic bubble mailers — we do not use plastic mailers for food orders. Always boxes.

Our primary logistics aggregator — routes orders via Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees based on pin code.
Pan-India coverage including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Most orders under 2kg use Delhivery.
Premium courier for high-value and Metro orders. Faster delivery timelines.
Used for North-East and remote locations where other couriers have limited reach.
The courier assigned to your order will be shown in the tracking confirmation email and SMS.
⏳Delays & Exceptional Situations
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather events.
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- Customs delays (for orders to Jammu & Kashmir, Assam, or other restricted zones).
- High-volume sale periods (we notify customers in advance).
- Public holidays affecting courier operations.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please WhatsApp us with your Order ID and we will investigate within 24 hours. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or issue a full refund.
📍Serviceable Pin Codes
We currently ship to 29,000+ pin codes across India. A small number of remote locations may not be serviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable during checkout, please contact us on WhatsApp — in most cases we can arrange an alternative courier.
We ship to all major cities, towns, and most rural addresses across India. J&K, North-East states, and Lakshadweep may have extended delivery timelines.
