📋Our Promise to You
At Buddha Ratana, we are committed to delivering heritage-quality grains in perfect condition. Every pack leaves our facility vacuum-sealed, lab-tested, and quality-checked. But if something doesn't meet your expectations, we will fix it — no questions asked.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible products. If you face any quality issue, contact us within 7 days and we will process a full refund or replacement.
✅What Can Be Returned
We accept returns in the following situations:
* Returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Product must be in its original packaging.
🔄How to Raise a Return
The process is simple. We do not make you fill out long forms. A WhatsApp message with a photo is enough.
💰Refunds & Timeline
Refund Modes
- UPI / Bank Transfer — Full refund within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Credit / Debit Card — 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Net Banking — 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders — Refunded via NEFT / bank transfer. Please share account details over WhatsApp.
- Store Credit — If you prefer, we can add the amount as store credit for your next order — processed within 24 hours.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged in transit, etc.).
📦Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, opened, or you receive the wrong product — this is entirely on us. We handle these cases with highest priority.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged / wrong orders (WhatsApp photo required).
- We will arrange a free pickup at our cost — you do not need to pay for return shipping.
- A replacement ships within 48 hours of confirmation, or a full refund is processed immediately.
- You may be asked to share an unboxing video or packaging photo to help us trace the issue.
Please photograph the outer packaging before opening your delivery if it looks damaged. This significantly speeds up resolution.
🔁Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges (e.g. swapping 500g for 1kg of the same product). However, we can:
- Process a return and refund for the original order.
- You can then place a new order for the desired product.
- Or we can issue store credit equal to your order value for use on any future purchase.
If you wish to upgrade to a larger pack, reach out on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do — we always try to be flexible.
⚠️Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (except quality/damage claims).
- Returns raised after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products where the seal or packaging has been tampered with by the customer.
- Promotional, free, or gift items included in an order.
- Orders where delivery was refused without reason at the doorstep.
Repeated return requests from the same address without valid reasons may be flagged, and future orders may require prepayment only.
