🍚 How to Cook Pokkali Rice
Ingredients:

1 cup Buddha Ratana Pokkali Rice

2½–3 cups water

Salt, as required
Method:

Rinse the rice 2–3 times.

Soak for 4–6 hours or overnight for more even cooking.

Drain and add fresh water.

Bring to a boil, then cook covered on low heat until tender, approximately 25–35 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.

Gently fluff and serve.
