🍚 How to Cook Katarni Rice
Ingredients:

1 cup Buddha Ratana Katarni Rice

1½–2 cups water

Salt, as required

1 tsp ghee (optional)
Method:

Rinse the rice 2–3 times until the water runs relatively clear.

Soak for 20–30 minutes and drain.

Bring 1½–2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the rice and cook covered on low heat for approximately 12–15 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Gently fluff with a fork and serve.
